Got this item on sale which is why I am rating 5 stars for what I got. This item works amazing and I have 0 issues with it. It's already helped me out so much with winter and spring coming up. cable hidden very well and I was able to get it programmed to my regular car key as well which was a huge bonus. The drone responds well with the app as well, love the notifications letting me know that it was successful.

I love this remote starter! Purchased it while it was on sale (with required T harness included and free installation) during Deal of the Day. The tech at HIP (Harlem and Irving Plaza in Chicago) did an excellent job installing it. This is my first remote starter that I can control from my phone and smart watch, and I wouldn't go back to a regular starter! You can use the included remote for free or pay a monthly fee of $2.99 (if you prepay for 5 years during the 30 day trial) to use the app. I love it and would recommend it to everyone!

Excellent unit at a great sale price. Purchased with the add on security kit. Best Buy install crew did a great job even when my vehicle presented a problem that had to be worked out.

It works like magic. From the comfort of my home or Office, I can start my car anywhere with the help of the drone mobile app. The key works great but I love the app and its interface.

good! but Remote start was issue when i pressed remote or drone mobile app.

Disappointed with the installation service at the Best Buy on Walden Galleria in Buffalo, NY. My car bracket broke during a car starter installation. Getting a replacement was a hassle - I had to jump through hoops to get it resolved. Best Buy should be more careful during installations and make the replacement process smoother.

Works really well, I love the 2-way feedback that let's you know it worked. The only downside is that the smartphone functionality requires a paid membership.
