I used the Best Buy installation, which took about 2 hours. The technician showed me how to use it and it worked great for the first few weeks. The module stopped responding to the remote, so I brought it back and he restarted it and got it working within minutes. Fantastic service and a great system! The only downside is that the beeps on the remote are very loud.

Great product, works as it should. We had one instance where it was not functioning properly but were able to get back in to see a tech and they fixed it for us. The remote start and phone app work great!

Got this product for my wife, she is enjoying not going outside to start the car now that it's cold, so far this product has worked flawlessly, the guy that installed it was very knowledgeable.

Took a month to get it put in, but it was worth the wait the app is amazing. The key fob is amazing. If you don’t want to pay for the app I really wanted to use it for the winter but I think I’ll use it for the summer. I have leather seats so I’m looking for it to be comfortable in the car when I get in, so I’m excited for this purchase and you should be too if you’re going to get it just to be on the lookout for daily deals on it to get it at a discount at the got paid 319 for it free installation

Was installed recently, and so far absolutely love it. Love the fact that the car will remote start using OEM key w/ built in lock/ unlock on it by pressing the lock 3 times. Registered for free month of drone so can start/ lock/ unlock car from cell phone.

Works just as easily as explained by friendly staff. Works great and it is wonderful to get into a nice warm car from just a far distance through several buildings after working long shifts. Looking forwars to summer when I can use it to cool the car with the air conditioning in hot weather. This automatic car starter is a great price and can ve used all year. Well worth it!

Its really reliable purchase i just started my car any where,and its can alert me every 5 minute and after 15 min its gonna be stopped.

Not bad, I had one already but it kept disconnecting so I bought this one on replace and it has been working great. I also love the live location, my boyfriend has a Mazda and they don’t have live locations on their remote starter app.

Fast installation and very easy to figure out. I love that I can now start my car with little having to go outside during the cold; the car is now warm and ready to go with just a click of a button!

My third vehicle to get one of these. I work nights in a hospital and it makes it so much easier to start my truck in the morning by the app as opposed to having to get somewhere where a remote can reach it.

Got this installed just in time before winter. Though I had to travel 2.5 hours to a different location to get it installed because there are no installers capable of doing this at my store. It was well worth it, as I have used it at least 100 times with no issues. It's especially grrat with the app. The discount was also great. Also, you can't beat the free install.

This alarm is AWESOME!!!!! The Drone app and remote start are really nice to have in Texas heat. Remote start from a long distance definitely helps.

Don’t be afraid to buy this, it’s worth the money. I originally purchased the “entry level” model of the Compustar remote starter and was almost immediately disappointed by the range so it was a no brainer to return and replace it. The 2 way remote gives a good indication of the status that you are trying to achieve, but the selling point is the mobile app. It gives the status “live” of your vehicle. From battery voltage, locked/unlocked status, GPS location, inside temp. I’m knocking down a star only because I don’t quite believe the inside temp, I had the AC running and it would show a hotter temp than when the car was off baking in the sun, unless they are going for the money grab and I need to buy an extra sensor. Best remote start I have had. Works perfect every time. Remotes have good distance. If you get this make sure it has drone mobile to allow you to use your phone to use all functions of the remote start from anywhere

Informative installation process and excellent product and the only reason I am scoring this a 4/5 stars simply the loss of extra key fob in order to effectively use the product. So I only have one key fob now without a backup just in case I lose it. Drone service is pretty cool and I wish it was not a monthly service deal but I get it. Losing an extra key fob didn’t not deter due to the fact I wanted a remote start (hot Texas weather) occasionally ice storms.

Life saver while my car sat in car repair shop over 3 weeks. I was able to remotely start my car from 8 miles away to keep the vehicle fluids primed. The not for free app allowed me to monitor my car basic vitals
