Very convenient when it works.

It took 2 minutes to fix! Not happy! When I asked I was told paying customers come first! Nice policy!

Only one works

Figured that would be nice, because most times we can't see the vehicle when it is used. After getting it installed, we got home and noticed that one of the Remotes did not flash the lights or give audible, like the other. We went back to have it repaired and the Technician stated that only one Remote is two way and will communicate, the other won't. I am looking at the discription and it doesn't show anywhere where only one will transmit 2way. Neither was I told by the salesperson that, only one is two way. Very Dissatisfied with this, because we both need a Remote that is two way.

Maybe that is obvious to people who know about these things but I was under the impression that you were getting remote starter with the remotes. The description could be more clear on this. Had to return.

Doesn’t keep running

Only One Remote is 2way.

Only One Transmitter is 2 way. Brought back for repair. After Driving 120 miles r/t. We were told by technician that only one is 2way is 2 way, and the second won't transmit. Note in Description of Item. No where does it say that only one Transmitter will communicate.
