This install was estimated at 3.5hrs...ended up being OVER 5 hrs! The tech wasn't even there for my 10:30am appt! Green Bay store installed my other identical remote starter in another vehicle in under 2hrs last week...and were very professional! Not this store! The tech blamed everything except his own lack of knowledge and experience for the extremely slow install. After everything, the tech left out a body panel fastener, the door restraint wasn't attached, and the original box with all the instructions/paperwork wasn't returned to me! Now, I'm worried about what else may now be wrong with my vehicle...time will tell... BTW...THE UNIT WORKS GREAT - JUST DON'T HAVE IT INSTALLED AT THE APPLETON, WI LOCATION ON WISCONSIN AVE!

I bought this and had it installed in my Honda Odyssey, the Geek squad rep specifically noted that it would work with my van but this Item never worked properly. I had been back twice to Best buy to repair it but issue did not resolved, so finally returned it.

I had high hopes for this two way starter, but it's range is super short and rarely works from within a commercial building. Also, the Geek Squad screwed up the installation where I had to go back once and now a second time. Don't buy this brand.

I bought this remote starter kit for my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. This remote starter is very nice, especially the 2 way remote. It has an led light that comes on when the starter is activated. The led light blinks letting you know the starter is working, and is on. Also, the remote starter comes with a limited life time warranty along with the Geek squad install! The remotes have, I believe a one year warranty. How can you go wrong!!

The remote starter works great and was installed by the Geek Squad in about 2 1/2 hours. All the wires are wrapped and zip tied . Install looks very professional. No extra charges for my car. I would definitely recommend this remote starter kit.

Firstly it is my bad choice to get it installed on my new 2018 Camry (Geek Squad). Let me describe how it is functioning and way it was installed on my Camry: 1. When I try to remote start for 1st time, it will not start, on the second auto retry it started. 2. While installing it ruined my Auto head light settings (Waiting for the fix by same guy who fixed it). 3. Locking and unlocking delay is not a deal breaker. 4. Typical installation, no Vehicle specific instructions by Manufacturer and Geek squad Professionals. 5. Long waiting installation time (5hrs). 6. Not impressed at all. *** If BestBuy/Geek Squad can look into those issues and get it fixed I would be more than happy to bring my car again, else please remove the remote starter kit and I shall return to the store. PS.

I had it installed on my 2018 camry last sat. I spoke with customer service person before buying it. they said it will work with my car. I have waited more than a month for my installation appointment. I asked the geek squad guy to take it off from my car a refund my money, he said I have to wait for almost a month for next appointment and they will not refund the installation fee. thats horrible, why would I have to pay when it didn't even work.

technician at woodbridge bestbuy on route 1 ruined by car. Feels like there is a ghost in my car, it start on its own. all sensor lights turns on time to time. had battery replaced twice. Now i feel like it should have been better to spend a little more and get it installed from dealers and have peace of mind. don't buy this product or at least don't get it installed at woodbridge bestbuy.
