I have been looking for a 2-Way Remote Start System for some time for a couple of reasons. 1.) Convenience during winter, and 2.) We lost a spare car key and they cost $450+ each so this seemed like a perfect solution. I've had this product now for about 5 months and it's fine except that I'd have to question its maximum transmitter range of 3000 feet. I work on a college campus so I'd suspect that the frequency rate is weakened when your vehicle is in the middle of 500 other cars because I've never been able to get it to start unless I'm more or less 200 feet away. Again, this 3000 feet transmitter range is likely accurate in the event that you're in an open space. A little disappointed about this.

New baby, Summer, Florida. I got it online with free installation, I got the appointment for 6 weeks later, installation took close to 6 hours and still have to buy additional parts. But Bryan in Destin Best Buy is the man, I came days later to program the keychain to open all doors, this location didn’t have the adapter. He drove to a different location to get that adapter. Now to the unit, the range is awesome. At least 2 blocks straight.

This is my first remote start key. It does what it's supposed to do. There were times when it would start my car but then my car would turn off...then it would start the car again without me pressing the button, so it automatically detected that the car had turned off. I would've given it 5 stars but I took off a start bc the sales rep withheld information about the cost. It was about $100 cheaper to purchase it online and it didn't even have to wait to it to be shipped bc they keep it in stock in Alaska...he could've mentioned that.

Great car starter, I bought this as a gift and wish I would've bought one for me!! It lets you know that the car actually started and alerts you to how much time is left before it shuts off. Best Buy did a professional installation and we're very happy with this product.

The remote start that I bought is absolutely wonderful. It lets me know when my car has started and even lets me know when my car has been unlocked or someone is opening a door while the remote start is activated. I LOVE it.

This was installed yesterday, I love it! Simple operation & good distance so far.

This is my second buy from Best buy. I'm not sure how do Best buy bring this goddies deal. I had remote buy and geek installation for my Van before and now I will be doing for my another Van. Thank you best buy for bring good deal for customer before winter kicks in. I greatly appreciate BB Thanks

Great system. Nashua store did a fantastic job with the install. The job was done faster than was quoted. Nashua Best Buy's install team was top notch. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Remote starts my car from a father distance than the product quotes which is great in the winter.

The key to any remote starter is the Installer. I was fortunate to have Cory at the DeWitt NY store do my install. Zero issues. Remote with the tactical feedback worked great. Sold the vehicle but just bought another one and the same Remote. Looking forward to having back in.

Ordered this item and was present to have it installed when We were told it would be too much wire cutting to put in. After returning once had the one we wanted with the two way instead of the one way FOB. Management and second tech were totally awesome about getting us the things we wanted and went above and beyond.

It works perfect, haven't had any issues with it at all, l love being able to start my car from inside my house when it's too cold for myself in the mornings, summer is coming and it will be even better to start when it gets scorching hot.

So far so good. Does what I need it to. I can easily start my truck from inside my house or even inside the building where I work and warm up my vehicle before I hit the road. Engine maintenance. Remote range is insanely far!

You can remote start the car to run the A/C in the summer, and the heat in the winter, so the inside temperature is perfect once you get in the car. You can get even more functions when you purchase the DroneMobile app.

Purchased this for my 2016 Corolla and I haven’t had any issues. I wish they could make it so the car stays on when you open the door rather than shut off to turn back on. Other than that it’s great. I also had Best Buy install the system.

I love my new compustar remote start. I got it installed just in time for a sub 20 degree week. It worked great and I had a nice warm truck.

I had bestbuy installed the starter on my wife's car Lexus GX460 and it work flawlessly. In the morning she can warm up the car remotely before she enter it. She love this function now. Thanks Bestbuy.
