The remote start aspect of it is nice I go out to a cool truck but I was a little bit disappointed originally I was told that they had an alarm system with it as well but when I went to get the install done the guy said it is not alarm capable not too impressed I will be looking for another remote start system that has an alarm

This is first time I come up with mobile services from Best Buy. The remote start from Compustar work great as advertise. Appointment was very easy by doing it online. Technician were friendly and professionally in their jobs. Nice work and thank you.

We had this installed in our brand new Toyota and 10year old Ford Pickup. The only minor issue we have is with the new Toyota and the key-less start, when you start the Toyota with the remote start and open the door to get in the car shuts off and you must restart it. Some type of safety feature.

The specialist did a wonderful job in installing and his explain in how the system works was very good. He made sure that I knew how to work the system before I drove away. I am highly satisfied with Best Buy Geek installations.

This thing is amazing! I was able to start my Grand Caravan from the middle of Walmart! If I have trouble finding my van in big parking lot the 3,000 foot remote range lets me raise the power back hatch so I can spot it!

It's been over a year since having this installed on my 2013 Nissan Sentra and I love it. Installation took longer than they said but that's ok because I love being able to remote start my car.

This remote starter works really well. it was able to work with our existing remote as well. It will be very nice in the winter

Got this for my dad as a gift. He lives it. It's easy to use and the package came with an extra key fob. Very satisfied. And the installation was great too. The guys in the shop are A+++

Great remote starter, works withal the factory options so I don't need 2 fobs plus has an added function of being able to leave the car running when I get out without the key until I get back.

It is wonderful to be able to stand in my nice warm doorway and start my car. Problem is the remote control on the starter isn’t really compatible with my car remote. I lock the doors with my car remote, but I need to use the remote starter to unlock my doors Not sure if that’s operator error or installation error

Remote start is a TIME and step saver at home work or play. During bad weather it's a no brainer, however for warm up NO KEY LEFT IN CAR as it warms and DEFROST or DEFOG your auto.

Great product to get a remote start for your car.. it works great.. it is really useful during winter especially snowing days to keep my car warm..

The Compustar remote’s 2-way feedback that the car started is great. Very pleased with the Best Buy installation. Now, I can start my 2014 Acura RDX from a good distance.

I was skeptical at first but went ahead .. I am glad I bought it. This thing is great. The distance for starting is great. I don't know why I waited so long to get one installed.

I had best buy install this in my 2003 Acura Tl and it works fantastic. I start my car from the 3rd floor of my work across the parking lot, I've started my car from inside Sam's Club, I've even started my car from a block away on a run and it works flawlessly EVERYTIME. Amazing. It has a pit stop mode so I can run in and get a coffee from the donut shop without worrying if my car gets stolen. Two way communications ends me having to go out of my house to make sure if I really turned on the alarm. My favorite part is that it replaced my old remote, no need to carry the original remote as well.

I bought this remote starter for my wife. Had it installed at bestbuy and it works great. She loves the two way remote which lets her know that the car started.

I love this so much! So many features. 2 remotes so my husband can have one too. One remote lets me know when the car is started. I would definitely get this again.
