Great product to use .i really like.i would recommended to my friends.

I have been looking for a 2-Way Remote Start System for some time for a couple of reasons. 1.) Convenience during winter, and 2.) We lost a spare car key and they cost $450+ each so this seemed like a perfect solution. I've had this product now for about 5 months and it's fine except that I'd have to question its maximum transmitter range of 3000 feet. I work on a college campus so I'd suspect that the frequency rate is weakened when your vehicle is in the middle of 500 other cars because I've never been able to get it to start unless I'm more or less 200 feet away. Again, this 3000 feet transmitter range is likely accurate in the event that you're in an open space. A little disappointed about this.

It is wonderful to be able to stand in my nice warm doorway and start my car. Problem is the remote control on the starter isn’t really compatible with my car remote. I lock the doors with my car remote, but I need to use the remote starter to unlock my doors Not sure if that’s operator error or installation error

I recently had the compustar installed in my Honda. So far I like the product except you are unable to open the trunk with the remote start button. Not a inconvenience due to I can still open it with my regular key.

This is my first remote start key. It does what it's supposed to do. There were times when it would start my car but then my car would turn off...then it would start the car again without me pressing the button, so it automatically detected that the car had turned off. I would've given it 5 stars but I took off a start bc the sales rep withheld information about the cost. It was about $100 cheaper to purchase it online and it didn't even have to wait to it to be shipped bc they keep it in stock in Alaska...he could've mentioned that.

It’s good alarm, I had challenges the first time I got it installed, but that’s because it had a bad antenna built in with it, after geek squad changed that out. It has been working ever since.

I am very happy with my Compustar remote start/keyless setup and would definitely buy again. Installed in 2007 toyota rav 4 with t-harness kit through Best Buy and two way remote upgrade.

Well I cant say much just because I didn't have a chance to use it. From the geek squad person, it sounds like it works great though!

Had to get the best tech to install Had to go back after installation for minor problem. Tech was helpful and very accommodating
