Great range, exactly what I was looking for. love the range

Overall the system does work, but it has a fatal flaw that is probably going to require me to remove it. One of the reasons I wanted the Drone/LTE capability is that I need to leave my vehicle at the airport frequently for trips (5+ days) and I wanted to be able to start it after I land so it is either cool or warm/defrosted when I get back to the truck. The problem is that it completely drains my battery (new interstate battery) in about 3-4 days. After testing it, it seems that the LTE module + the remote starter has a parasitic drain and if your vehicle is not started and ran every few days it will kill your battery. Now, not only can I not start my vehicle before I get back to it, but I have to use a jump pack to start it if I'm gone more than just a few days.

Upgrade kit works great. Remote is an excellent upgrade, and the range is amazing. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the app integration. When it works it's awesome, unfortunately it doesn't work more than it does.

We bought this for our son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! Stares that it works great, loves the fact that he can start his car from the app, and has had no problems!

Replaced a poor system with this Compustar and couldn't be happier. Purchased the Drone App system as well. Use the fob or a cell phone to start the car from just about anywhere!

The reason I chose this model is because for about 6 dollars a month I can be anywhere and start my car through my phones app. I also like the fact that when it 32 deg it will automatically kick on the rear defroster.

I upgraded from the regular one way remote. I like this way better because with the drone system you can turn the car on using your phone and can also lock and unlock the doors with your phone. The remote has good range and it's two way so it notifies you if the car started.

Very easy to use and very accurate. It's worth using this device for its price, I don't think it has a match. I am delighted with the additional information you record about the vehicle. It's worth adding that he works very well with trucks too.

In handy but at times it has his gliches cant comunicate with computer but other than that its ok when getting it in deal of the day

*Need a compustar Remote Start to go with this.* This works as described. It can turn on your car and A/C if left on, in the hot days of summer and turn on your heat in the cold days of winter. Perfect for Summer and Winter

Excellent remote start system! The base remote sucks but even the cost of the upgraded remote it was a steal! No complaints! Installed in 2014 tundra

This unit was recommended to me by a Best Buy installer. He even mentioned with the compustart system I already have I could simply plug this in to that unit and swap antennas pair remote and I was good to go! Will buy again

I think this was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I switched from Viper(Smart Start) to this. It is more advanced and much easier to use.
