Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i can't say much about it because its still in the box, it was scheduled to be installed 3/20/ 20, but because the virus was just starting i received a msg the day before saying it was canceled?? far as i know are garages never closed, this process was no different than getting my oil changed witch i had done a week ago. I really don't understand why the install was canceled??

It doesn’t come with other necessary parts you’ll need. An estimate I got to install it along with the other needed pieces was going to be about $500 plus the $100+ I paid for the remote start kit.

Excellent alarm install at Best Buy in Ann Arbor.

I am a “car guy” and seldom allow anyone to work on my vehicles. After just a few minutes, it was clear that Luke knew far more than just Alarm Systems and was a “car guy” as well. He took excellent care to make sure the alarm system was installed correctly and effectively on my truck. Highly recommend Luke and this Best Buy in Ann Arbor, Michigan for electronic equipment installs. So far, very happy with this install.
