Doesn’t work correctly

purchased the viper 4806 in early january
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased the viper 4806v remote start in early January. the unit was capable of starting two compatible viper units. tried to get an answer from anyone at best buy as to whether this unit would be compatible with my viper unit in my other vehicle. started asking in November. didn't get an answer till January, at which point I bought the unit. after weeks of scheduled and rescheduled installation appointments the unit was finally installed but the install caused a traction control light to go on that I was told I would have to take to the dealer service to fix. {still not done}. at this point I scheduled the necessary install on the other car to make it compatible with the 4806v. this is when I was told that the unit was not compatible with the other unit. Had I been told it wasn't compatible in the first place I would not have purchased the unit. Had to purchase another 4806v that won't be installed till March 11th assuming they don't reschedule again.
