This works great, even around a corner with me inside a building.

Cords work ok. I just wish I had been notified that this was needed when I punched the starter.

Maybe not all best buy locations are this bad but the wooster ohio ruined my electrical system and say i probably have to pay to get it fixed or removed. And then tell me i have to drive 45 minutes away and wait 3 hours for them to figure it out. I dont think it is the brand of remote start i think it was the person installing it. All of my dashboard lights came on at once for a day or two and now my tire pressure light is always on because the did something wrong. For being a total tech member i will not be renewing that membership unless this is taken care of. I cant believe it is so hard to get decent customer service there. If you get a remote start, het it from a place that knows what they are doing

I guess it works perfectly. It was installed by the Geek Squad. The alarm doesn’t seem to work anymore.

Best Buy keeps bugging me to review this thing. I bought the remote start kit for my wife for Christmas but Best Buy screwed up and didn't order the wiring harness (or tell me that I needed one) so when I came in for the installation of the remote start kit, we had to reschedule and order this. It is February 9 and my wife's Christmas present still hasn't been installed...Best Buy really blew this one. I get annoyed every time I think about it.

I have multiple issues with the remote disconnecting and the auto start will only work for a couple days after I take my car back in for repairs. Drains my battery constantly.

I needed this for a Drone remote start instalation that Best Buy was doing on my vehicle. They processed the paperwork and had it sent to my home. They charged me twice as much as it sells for through the store for. I could have just picked it up in the store the day my install was scheduled for.

You have to pay a subscription mine stopped working if i eont pay it wont work

The remote starter is great, I have it on 2 cars and it works with no issues. The 4 stars is due to a glitch in BB app, when buying a remote starter via the app it doesn’t add required harness, and it doesn’t offer to schedule the installation. I dnded up making another order on my computer and I’ll return the order done via the app.

Bought this to have remote starter installed on my wife camry as a Valentine gift for her to keep her warm during the cold season. It works like a champ, and she love it. Thanks, Best buy!
