    I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the purchase of a remote starter from your store. The product was sold with installation included in the price, but despite multiple attempts and significant effort on my part, this service has not been honored. This experience has left me questioning why your store is selling a product with promised services that you appear unable to deliver. Here is a detailed account of the issues I have faced: My initial installation appointment was rescheduled without adequate notice or explanation. After driving over 50 miles to the West Palm Beach FL store for the rescheduled appointment, I was told the technician lacked the knowledge to install the remote starter. The installation was again rescheduled, this time to the Boynton Beach FL store. Today, after yet another 50+ mile trip, the technician at the store was still unable to perform the installation. I was given only two unsatisfactory options: either reschedule yet again at a different store or return the product entirely. To avoid more problems with your poor service, I decided to return the product. This experience raises serious concerns. Why is your store selling a remote starter with installation included in the price if you are unable to provide that service? It feels deceptive and could reasonably be considered a scam. Customers are led to believe they are purchasing a complete product and service package, only to face repeated delays, incompetence, and inconvenience. Additionally, I have now driven over 200 miles in total due to these repeated scheduling and service failures, incurring unnecessary travel expenses and wasting my valuable time. Who will compensate me for this?
