The key fob screen froze up after a while. But all it would still send a signal.

This is a perfect accessory for any automobile that needs to be able to start prior to getting to it. I like it so much. I’m thinking about getting one for each one of my vehicles.

Bought this thinking it would work in addition with my Nissan’s pre existing OEM remote starter. Confirmed it with a total tech online rep along with a call center rep over the phone that it should be.. just to get let down the day of my appointment that I would need a compustar remote starter kit in due to this product not being compatible with OEM remote starters. Frustratingly had to return and get the whole kit, (had to order additinal parts online) still have to see if they can even disable my OEM remote starter without me taking it to the dealership. And if they cant then the whole kit bundle was a waste and BestBuy in all wasted my time, money, and energy.. what a joke. Be warned about purchasing products and do additional research, sadly cannot trust their word on product compatibility

Compustar has horrible customer service, think twice before using them. This remote's screen has failed within 6 months.

I went and bought 2 of these for my car. An employee said that they worked great and everything was in the box. When I got home to do the install it was just the remotes

I bought the Compustar DC3 and this Q9C Remote with Drone and had Best Buy install it. This Q9C is the best remote that offers long range two way notifications with a screen and did not require a rechargeable battery. I specifically chose this model because it was not a rechargeable remote. I just pop a battery in and keep going. The AAA battery lasts easily 3-4 months This remote is very responsive and over the last 9months I have not had any issues. When i remote start my car i get a vibrate and tone confirmation. the Drone mobile was great and really made the purchase a no brainer i had to by a T-Harness for my Genesis G80 to pair with the DC3, i think it was an "HK8". Best Buy didnt have it instock. this provided a full digital set up that the Genesis requires, cant use an analog alarm/remote start set up.
