    Love the look, straightens my curly hair well but it makes my hair smell funky. No matter what product I use it has the same smell.

    I bough on line this month. I received it in less than 3 days. But when I took out out from the box and turned it on it did not work. I returned it to Best Buy and received my money back since it was less than 30 days that I bought it.

    This item was returned due to it being defective. It would only go to a certain heat degree and could not be increased nor decreased.

    I purchased this 5 months ago, thinking it was a great deal. I have used it approximately 6-8 times per month. Was working great until plates started to peel off and pull out hair. With a 5 year warranty and cost I thought this was a good product. Until it proved defective. Manufacturer says it is defective, but I can pay to ship back to them, wait for a replacement and pay for shipping of the replacement. Super disappointed. Contact Best Buy, they will not do anything unless you purchased an extra warranty, they are so sorry. So I am, sorry I bought it from Best Buy.
