The clippers are powerful and I like how the lock in place when you changed the blade. However they do not cut low enough for my personal liking for my normal buzz cut. They do work great for trimming body hair, with no fear of nicking or cutting myself.

Nothing wrong with the outlet (tested other devices to make sure), tried removing, then replacing the clippers... to no effect. There's no "reset" button and it's always been treated well, so I have no idea what went wrong. It just doesn't work anymore. Sending it back to see how they handle it. I'll update if they do the right thing and resolve this problem.
