Overall this hair dryer was a good buy. It has 2 power levels, which work well, and the cool model button is handy. I've never had a dryer with a retractable cord before this one, and it's proving to be a handy feature. This is a pretty heavy unit. The only thing I would change is the location of the retract button. Smaller hands can't operate it and hold the dryer with one hand. Good appliance at a reasonable price.

Bought this hairdryer for school. It's a good size. Cord retractable was a huge selling point. Basic power.

This is a lightweight and compact hairdryer, nice for travel. I would prefer a heftier one for every day use.

This hairdryer's safety factors make it a little less than user friendly. With my old hairdryer, I didn't retract the cord, and there were no test and reset buttons. I have to take the cord out, plug it in, press the test button, unplug it, and then press the reset button, and then turn it on. I use only the lower setting. If I put it on the high setting, there is a weird smell, and I'm afraid I'll burn it up. So I use only the lower setting, and it feels as though it takes a long time to dry my hair. The upside is that my hair seems to look good after using the lower setting. My dryer doesn't look like the one in the picture. The part which dries the hair isn't in the vertical position. I don't know if this can be changed. I don't want to break it.

Great for travel. Folds in half for easy storage and the cord is automatic so you don't have it hanging! Is very efficient.

Price was right and very powerful so I'm more than content with this purchase. The cord reeling automatically is a big big plus.

Works great. A little on the noisy side but works well. Had an older model before and the self retracting cord quit working at just under a year. It would not go back in all the way. For the price paid, I would purchase it again. Just wish the cord would go back all the way through the life of the blower.

I bought this for travel, and picked this model because it folds and has a retractable cord. In actuality, it's rather bulky and requires some strength to fold the handle in towards the body. Given the amount of pressure required to fold it, I'm often afraid that I'm going to break the whole hairdryer in the process (although that has not yet happened). Also, the cord does not always retract completely on the first try; I often have to pull it out and start over again. A little annoying. However, as a hairdryer it works well and efficiently. All in all, I'm okay with it, although I might not have purchased this model if I'd been aware of its design flaws.
