Takes some practice

It took some practice to figure out how it works best for her hair but once she did it works wonderfully. She has thick wavy, shoulder length hair and this product curls and creates a lot of volume! Battery life seems work well, she usually fully charges it before every use & doesn’t have a problem with it running out of battery while using it.

Bought for my wife as a gift and we returned it after she didn't get the results she wanted. Probably user error. Lol

So easy to use

I have very thick hair and always have the hardest time curling my hair because I can never get the twisting of the curler right. Using this takes me only 20 minutes to do my whole head and 1 charge is just enough to finish styling my hair.

It doesn’t work

Also, the boxes seem like it was opened before and there were scratches on the devices. Disappointing

Played with it twice, does seem to keep a curl, go to use it a little more to get a full review but as of now I do love it.
