I rarely write reviews but I just returned this product.
1. This is hard to place in the right spot of the tub. Because of the blue/green adjustable kneck that pulls out of the spa, it is hard to place it in certain areas of the tub that meets the wall. If your tub meets the wall, this spa will have to sit on the side of the tub and you will only feel the jets from one side of your body. You will have to change your position of sitting if you want to feel the spa. If you have a tub that does not sit up against the wall, it is easier. So if you are excited about having this hit your back while in the tub, it will be disappointing. Hopefully this makes sense. It would have made more sense to make the adjustable kneck rotate 180 degrees, but instead it only goes as far as 90 degrees. Surprisingly the suction cups work fine though. Maybe they tried to depict that in the picture and I missed the point.
2. The cord is long which is a plus. The cord however is attached to the spa itself and the adapter is separate. I would think it would make more sense to have the cord detachable in case the cord is damaged. So if your cord gets damaged I guess the whole unit would need to be replaced. I don’t know if you agree with me but the design makes no sense. Oh and the way the adapter connects to the cord it makes you think they added the wrong adapter to the box. They might as well have made the whole cord connected.
Or Maybe I am wrong and the cord is made this way because the spa sits in water and could be damaged, i dont know.
3. I was not expecting a jacuzzi spa, but I did expect the jets to be a little stronger. If you are expecting it to relieve sore muscles It is not the spa for you. If you want it to keep the water moving around and continuous bubbles generated then go for it. Like I said though it’s a cheap product so do not expect much.
4. My last and most important point. I picked this up and the very same day I read the instructions. I filled my tub up and waited until the water hit the suggested water line written on the spa just like the instructions mentioned. I made sure the product was suctioned down and secure. I made sure the cord was plugged in away from water. When I was finished I turned the product to the off setting and unplugged it. I then let the water out of the tub. It made the bubbles last a long time so I was content and decided I would try again before deciding to return it. Two days later I went to use the product and it would not work. I double checked the cord. I double checked the suction and everything. The spa would not turn on at all, no sound...nothing.
Today I returned the product and because of the other reviews on here and on amazon I decided that it was not worth getting it exchanged.
I do not recommend this product because multiple people have written reviews mentioning that it never worked, or it only worked 1-2 times then quit.
Hopefully my review makes sense.

I was really doubtful about that item but ended up being impress by the ease to put it together and the power behind it. For the price, I don't think you can get better. You really feel the bubbles all around the bathtub. B
ottom line, I was please with my purchase.

JETS ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH FOR A LARGER TUB. IT WORKS OK BUT TOO MUCH WATER TO MOVE IN THE LARGE TUB. DISSAPPOINTED IN PERFORMANCE.

Got this for my boyfriend. His knee and hand hurt all the time. He was using the pool inlet to message them, but since its winter, his Physical Therapist said his progress was going backwards. Bought him this and he uses it a few times a week and excersises in the tub. His PT is happy with his progress again.

The jet stream is not very strong and the appliance is bulky. However it is easy to set up and use.

Works well, strong adjustable jets, quiet. Long cord for outlets that aren't as close or convenient. My only complaint is that it doesn't stay suctioned to the side of the tub very well

This Conair spa adds to your bath experience. It increases your bubbles and it gives you a slight massage in the process of taking a soak or a bath. If you’re on a budget, this is a great addition to your bath routine great buy.

Just wish it had a bit more power. You may have to move it a few times during your bath in order to get the spa benefit from head to toe though. But the price was right and I like that it is portable because I bring it with me when on air b n b trips if there is no jetted tub.

These are not so easy to come by so was excited to find one on Best Buy's site. Works pretty well, the jets aren't as powerful as I remember with some of the older models but still a nice way to relax.

Good price for what it’s built to do. Cheaper then buying an actual outdoor spa. The jet stream is weak. It just helps circulate the water so good enough to use as a soaker.

Didn’t even know something like this existed. But it’s pretty cool. The way most bathtubs are set up, this can’t really be used on the back which is where most people enjoy a jet. However, it still feels pretty nice on my legs and arms. You just have to be okay with sitting a little awkwardly to benefit in a small tub.

Wasn't like the picture but wasn't expecting it to be a lot of power with it. But it does work and does OK. Easy to put on tub and clean up and put it away.

This spa device makes bubble baths more luxurious. The output is not the strongest out there but is definitely good enough to elevate your relaxation level. There are much more expensive ones out there but this is a solidly good product at this price point.

...but you get what you pay for. The jets do not provide much pressure and are not uniform - several hardly provide any force at all. Also the indentation around the open/close for the drain is not centered with the mechanism.

This seemed like a great idea, but fell short. It’s just not powerful enough. In addition the unit is fairly uncomfortable to use. The only place to really put is is by your feet, so powerful jets are a must. This does not have powerful jets. I have returned it.

Wasn’t super impressed. We have a garden tub and I just think this is better for a smaller tub.
