Overall, they were very positive. When I received the steamer, I tried it on a couple of shirts. Although it slightly lessened the wrinkles after going over them several times, I did not remove any of them. This is my first steamer. If all steamers are like this, I don't see why anyone buys them.

I wanted to buy this item to switch from traditional ironing method and it has been live changing. I no longer have to break my back ironing all my clothes. This fabric steamer cuts the time in half because of its powerful steam that gets even deep set wrinkles out and I can do it all standing up. No more bending over. It heats up in a matter of seconds and the tank while it only holds a few ounces, lasts long enough for a load or two before needing a refill.
