The fail is that the iron continually spits out water and sometimes leaks from the lower part of the heat surface. I expected better from such a name brand.

The first one worked well and I decided to buy one for a family member. The first one for the family member didn't work at all so I returned it and brought another one. To my shock and disappointment the second one did not work as well. I was forced to return it. Very disappointing.
