    In the product description it mentions an "8 foot" cord, but from a quick glance I thought it was cordless. It mentions that it's great for travel, so based on that and the picture it misled me. It isn't a 'big ticket' item, so I wasn't that disappointed, but in hindsight I think the picture intentionally gives the impression of the iron being cordless.
