It vibrates. A little disappointed. I need a more deluxe model. It is good to use with Epsom salt though.

It actually doesn't even keep it warm. I have to boil water on the side because the water gets cool very fast. The vibration is also not that great. If you want a foot soaker then get this but frankly its overpriced for what it does.
