Got a battery operated one and it was OK at first but ended up returning it less than a month later because it was defective and just honestly cheap and light. This one has a decent weight too it but not heavy, the light is bright and white like natural light so it doesn't give your skin a yellowish hue. The magnification is amazing! It is a little shorter than the last one I had, but other than that, no complaints!

This mirror fit the criteria plus it offered a bright light, contemporary design, and style at the most affordable price. I'm very happy that I found this mirror!

Bright and gets the job done

I use it for facials, extractions and makeup. I can’t see every little hair and blemish so clearly! I don’t mind the cord it’s long enough to use on my vanity. I’ve read that mirrors with cords tend to be brighter since batteries lose their charge.

Vanity Mirror

The cord is long enough that it reaches from the plug on the other side if my sink and reaches to where I store my mirror on the built in shelf. I'm loving this purchase as I can move this mirror around and either use or not use the light as needed.

I used to buy another type, but used this at a friends house and loved it. The lighting is soft but bright enough to see everything!
