Not what I ordered!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited to find the EXACT flat iron I already had and loved. We had a few problems ordering on line so I went to my local Best Buy to order. Ordered two so I wouldn't have to worry about it for a while. Picked up at store today, after waiting in line for 20 to 25 minutes and didn't realize until I was home that they were NOT what I ordered. Same name, same model number, same sku that was on line but the only thing that was the same as what was pictured and what I got was that they were flat irons by Conair. Called Best Buy and was told the "disclaimer" at the bottom of the product info covered them of any responsibiliy and that I was out of luck. They couldn't find out if Conair still made or offered the iron I wanted which is the flat iron that is pictured as model CS33 on Best Buy's web-site. I'm super disappointed with Best Buy. Seems they could have simply called someone at Conair and showed them the picture they have on line and asked if this model was still available. The only thing they offered was for me to spend more time in line at the store to return something that was misrepresented on their web-site. Not a big sale for Best Buy but even small sales establish future decisions.
