Even though it's a little loud it's a great hair dryer.

Pros: It was quieter than my prior hairdryer Cons: High heat was merely warm, so it didn't help style my hair at all - left it looking lank and lifeless (I have fine hair). Stick with the cheaper ones unless you can afford a professional dryer.

Only complaint, the "low" setting is not low enough

This hair dryer was not good at all. It wasn’t quiet as promised, barely got warm and the cord was too short. I returned it and bought a Dyson which I love!!!!

Box Cover Describes Unit As Being 40% quieter -- than what? It sounds like a jet engine exhaust even on low. Returned this item.

Too heavy and controls are easy to mis-hit when holding. Good airflow though.

Let me tell you why I love it. I have Italian colored brown hair. And always used the typical $20-30 hair dryers. Then had to use my curling iron. Never thought there would be any difference. Till I start watching my stylist do my hair. And went on YouTube to learn a few tricks. Reason I bought this hair dryer was for the dedicated cold setting. And I am done with heat/hot dryers. Warm ya. Hot heat no. And the Dedicated cold setting. No more holding a button. Or duct taping it down. And low is warm heat. Not hot. And that's what I wanted. Warm. High is hotter and quite a bit of blast. I use a wide hollow round brush. Wrap my hair around it. Hold the dryer there for 15-20 sec. Unroll my hair. Not pull it threw. And move on to the next section. To finish I do the same on cold. And what a difference in my hair. Shiny and styled. It makes a huge difference when having to blow dry your own hair. The hot dryers were torching my hair. The warm and cold leave my hair shiny and smooth. No extra products. The only product I use is a mousse for my front crown to give it extra lift. Ya some people may say it's expensive. I'm very happy I switched over to this dryer with warm and cold.

This hairdryer has 3 speeds and two heat settings, which is why I purchased it. However, the high heat doesn't put out much heat.

Could not get a hot enough heat, even in the hottest setting.

Her old Conair is noisy and takes forever to dry her hair. Why? Because the vents are all plugged up and the only way to clean out is to take it all apart. This new unit is awesome. Nice and quiet too. Needless to say it's "Pricey", but hey, that's the way it goes, right? Get what you pay for.

Bought this for my wife since her old one died. She loves it because it's efficiency, I love it because I can sleep in the next room while she's using it.

Small, light powerful machine. Works very well to dry thick hair in minutes with 2 heat settings and the dedicated cold shot button helps set the style and leaves hair shiny and healthy. Best of all, can't beat the price compared to other retailers.

well constructed, quality hair dryer that doesn't get too hot

my hair is dry in no time and it blows warm on its hottest setting so my hair doesn't get damaged. love it
