    Not for my fine hair

    I bought this as a replacement for my Remington that stopped working after only 6 months. It seemed to straighten my hair fine at first. But after a few minutes, the hair right in the middle of the back of my head would start to look a bit wavy. I have naturally wavy hair and I don't blow-dry prior to straightening. My Remington always smoothed out my hair and didn't pull on it while I was straightening. This Conair just didn't live up to the expectation that I thought it would.

    I PURCHASED A Conair 134 Infiniti Pro Ceramic Flat Iron Purple AT A BEST BUY STORE AND USED THE PRODUCT JUST "ONCE". THE PRODUCT CAME DEFECTIVE AND ONLY TURNED ON ONCE. WE TRIED RETURNING THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE 45 DAYS AT THE BEST BUY STORE AND THEY REFUSED. AFTER THAT, WE CONTACTED THE CONAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SOUNDED THEY DID NOT CARE AND NOT POLITE WITH THE CUSTOMER, SAYING WE NEED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BECAUSE IT IS THE WARRANTY RULES. WHAT MADE ME UPSET IS THAT WITHIN A MONTH WAS BOUGHT THREE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AT THE SAME BEST BUY STORE AND THEY DID NOT WORK OR SHOWED A PROBLEM AT FIRST USE. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH BEST BUY AND THINKING OF DOING MY BUSINESS IN ANOTHER STORE OR ANOTHER COMPANY.
