    it heats up quickly, cools down fairly fast so i dont have to wait to put it away. i have curly long hair and usually takes about 45 mins to an hour, but this brought it down to 30 minutes. my hair doesnt frizz or anything. the swivel cord is great because i can move the iron any way i want. i can also style my hair because it's 1".

    I bought the product because a friend had it and said they worked great. We'll they did until they stopped working. I'm not sure if I had a defective pair but 6 moths after purchase they no longer worked.
