The chipping creates lots of tiny black specks on my hand and in my hairs. Otherwise the hairdryer works well and it dries my hair quickly.

Next time I will pay closer attention to dimensions and if not stated in description, I'll ask. I returned the item unused and the return process at best buy was seemless! Thank you!
