    The comment about it knotting hair, it can happen so take care not to allow the waver to turn all the way thru the ends of hair. If you move the waver down your hair quickly the last inch, it will not wind it too tightly. I have stick straight hair and outside of sleeping on braids, I have never had textured, thick hair that has volume and wave. If you're considering purchasing, do it! And Best Buy had it at the best price and made store pickup so easy! Had a wonderful experience overall and love this appliance!

    For a lower-priced unit, this works very well. Conair makes a solid product. Expect to get a lot of use out of it.

    I really loved this product. You just have to be careful not to put a big amount of hair in it,otherwise it will get stuck. The overall is excellent!
