Now it "works" but it doesn't produce enough steam to work effectively

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Huge disappointment and waste of time. takes more than 5 minutes to see results even on the highest setting. shirts even light t shirts not getting enough temp[ or stem to fully relax. seem like machine was one step under. good concept but simply not performing for garments or steaming clothes for appearance. spend a few more dollars and just get a pro machine to get the job done. i spent about a week trying different ways thinking i was doing it wrong and about a day or 2 of that was watching youtube videos on how to do it right. only to find out in the end the machine was sub par and could not "muster up the steam" so to speak, to get the job done. also it takes almost 10 minutes and a water tank refill to get about halfway acceptable results

I used it only once and did not like it. The steamer has a low water capacity and does not remove wrinkles due to the steam's low heat.

This Steamer Works!

I have a pair of jeans that always comes out of the dryer extremely wrinkled, and the steamer got rid of the wrinkles in less than a minute! I then tried it out on my cotton sofa cover, and it worked on that, too. I strongly recommend this product.
