This works only with contigo west loop stainless steel mug (as labeled). You cannot use it with any other contigo product.

Good option for tea if using a Contigo mug, but must have enough water to reach the brew basket. Also must have newer West Loop cup (will not work on older ones). Had to buy a new mug since my old one was pretty worn. If you are buying a new mug and drink a lot of tea in one sitting this may be an option for you. If this does not apply to you there are probably better and cheaper options out there.

I have used it everyday since I bought it and I can say that it has been very useful, can't complain.

This works as advertised. The rules apply as with any tea steeping / infusion: do not steep your loose-leaf tea for too long. If its a great quality tea, you'll get multiple infusions/cups and the tea will be strong enough for each, even if it declines a little.
