    Decent, fun but a little overpriced

    Its a pretty decent drone. I like it, it flies well and the camera is ok, not great but good enough for non-professional work. I did have a problem with the first one I bought and Contixo customer service gave me the run around but Best Buy eventually handled the return. My replacement works fine. Honestly I do like it and would buy 2 or 3 more if the travel kit was closer to $750.

    DON'T BUY THIS DRONE UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD PRODUCT

    I purchased this even though there were not enough reviews of this product. I got the complete Travel Bundle. I was thoroughly disappointed right from the get-go. After the initial GPS calibration, before I could even fly the drone, there was a verbal indicator that the drone's GPS was being impeded. Even though I was in an open area, that was not flight restricted. I was able to fly the drone. But, the verbal indicator kept chattering away. I packed it up and would try again on another day. I traveled 30 miles away to another city. Went to an open park with no flight restrictions. The motors / props would not even spin up this time. I tried re-calibrating the drone. But, nothing was happening. I reached out to Contixo by direct email and using their portal. In their portal, they state that they really do care about customer service and their customers. And they respond relatively quickly. After 2 weeks of no response. I decided to return the drone, as it was still within the return period. Also, I had (4) batteries and even though I only managed to use one. They batteries kept draining for some reason. Additionally, their instructional videos on their website are more of an advertisement rather than actual instructions. And their manual is absolutely no help whatsoever. One last note. 4 weeks after I submitted my original help request. They finally responded with some generic email requesting more information. They never even read the detailed issue that I presented to them. Mind you, this is 2 weeks after I have already returned the drone for a full refund.
