Ordered (3) different tablets for my grandchildren and (2) came in complete and this one came with the box unsealed and opened the box to find a charging cord and instructions only in the box. Sent messages to both Best Buy and the company about this issue and neither has responded back yet… So much for the Christmas present for my granddaughter…

Said pre-installed and I guess that means someone else information because it was someone else info and tablet before they sold it to me smh
