Bye bye best buy

Went home sure enough the drone was broken had to make another trip to Best Buy. Terrible customer service when I wanted my money back the cashier asked if I wanted another one which they had to order I said no thank you I will buy it from Amazon and she replied Amazon is bad to which I said and my Best Buy experience was better? Never shopping here again.

Why? ? ? No explanation was given. they are intended for Christmas gifts and I needed 5, An unsatisfactory review is all I can give.

Battery Comportmanet Is A Struggle

Battery compartment on the drone is poorly designed. There is a screw that secures it, but it doesnt come out. I had to break the surrounding plastic to get the compartment open.

Not worth it, cheaply made

Right out of the box. Brought it back hot another one… worked for 5 minutes landed on the grass and a part was missing wouldnt fly again.
