Pretty good CPU cooler, quality of parts just ok
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After installation my CPU temps dropped overall around 10C. The fan is a bit difficult to install if you don't have much room in your build. The heatsink has a usual installation, the fan is held on to the heatsink with a couple of metal prongs. Overall the quality is just ok but it works well with a proper installation. Some of these models come with 2 fans to surround the heatsink, this model comes with one.

So worth my money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best cpu cooler! I think AIO cpu coolers are just for show because I've owned an AIO before this fan cooler and its done better with the temperatures.

Cooler Master - Hyper 212 Black Edition 120mm CPU
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to install. 9600K CPU overclocked 27% and 27C at idle. 58C is the highest I've seen during gaming. Note I also have 2 exhaust fans and 3 intake fans.

Mid-range Cooling fan
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does the job of keeping an i7-10700k cool and was pretty easy to install. Wish it was RGB but those fans are about $17 and clip on easily. Have seen them for cheaper including the RGB version but thats the prices these days with shortages

Cooling
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works but water cooling would be better, but for a budget build it’s worth

Love the cooler but its Big
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I build a new PC and the case was a Lian Li 001 Razer ed. With the side window you have to take this metal piece off then the window will fit. Its like a hair but the glass is not touching so so your research I did not but I still love it. It keeps my I5 nice and cool. Plz dont ask about overclocking because on how fast pc,s are now I dont feel the need when with a rtx 2060 super I can run all my games at max settings with out slow down so why bother.

Good cheap option.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great option for cheap cooling. Used this to replace a water cooler that was failing. And it keeps my CPU cool at 50 deg C max. Previously had to turn down clocks to prevent overheating. Just be careful that it fits on your board and case. This was a tight fit on mini-ATX board with memory. But not complaining. It was easy to install. Just be sure to watch a few videos before hand so you know what you're doing. Instructions in box are completely visual based on your chipset.

Good price for a good cooler
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The installation was a bit of a pain as I had to take off my whole motherboard and everything (this is my problem not the products) But the cooler itself for being an old cooler and me having a stock cooler really changed my temperatures at a cheap price. Would I buy it again if I needed to? Maybe. I am relatively new to PC building and putting this on was fun but I might go higher end next time. Overall, a very affordable cooler to help keep that CPU temperature in check if it reaches high levels :).

Decent cpu cooler for the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty decent cooler for low-middle gaming pcs. I appreciate the all black color as well, as it makes it look pretty nice. It unfortunately didnt fit inside my pc case, but I have the omen 25L (shown in image) , so I understand why the cooler didnt fit in such a slim case.

Works well for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to cool my i7 4790k running at 4.4ghz at 70c under load with stock cooler. Now its at 50c. So yea it works and is worth the price. Pair ir with some Arctic silver 5 and a better fan then you are set.

LGA1700 fitment on an MSI Z90-A DDR4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the MSI Z90-A DDR4 motherboard (bought here) and an LGA 1700 cpu (i7). I was worried this would not fit, but it's works just fine. Temps are stable and the heatsink is nice and tight. I used the larger standoffs included. Make sure the box has the larger standoffs and slotted lower bracket. Make sure you have clearance as this is a vertical-style heatsink. Perfect to get going right away!

Herculean task to install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. On the positive side, the instructions were pretty clear, and I was pretty amazed by how they engineered a product that can work for several different CPUs with a few parts. Unfortunately, neither of the two sets of brackets they include allow the screws reach my motherboard - without replacing my existing backplate with the one they provided. The screws on heat sink do not reach the motherboard screw-holes. If they did, the entire project would take me 10-20 minutes. Instead, this is at perhaps an hour long project if you know you’re doing and have all parts and solvents. That’s right, installation may require chemistry. For my Alienware X51 R2, I would have to disassemble the entire computer, remove the motherboard, then use solvents to dissolve the glue holding the existing backplate to the motherboard, before finally being able to attach the new backplate and then reassemble the entire thing and, finally, do what I wish I could have done from the start - install the new heat sink. Perhaps this is standard for most fans and computers and I’m being unfair. Clearly, this fan wasn’t designed for this low-profile computer, but I leave my side panel off anyway. I still don’t see why anyone would want to go through replacing their backplate, though. If those screws reached my backplate, I imagine I’d have left a five star review an hour or two ago.

Tried and true
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Hyper 212 is nothing special, but it was great for my i7-10700k. Sound is very quiet and keeps my CPU at around 55 celsius under load. The all black edition pairs very well for a non-RGB build.

Cool and quiet!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice cooler and quiet fan. It's cooling an i7-8700. I'm not an overclocker so I can't say much about that. Computer is used mostly for CAD/CAM programming/simulation and light gaming. Great value for performance!

Great CPU cooler!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I installed this CPU fan for my Intel i9 9900K processor. It works perfectly for the CPU. The only setback is it's bulky size. I had to cut a recess hole in the side of the case.
