My Corsair H100 AIO croaked after 9 years (no kidding) so I picked this up on an emergency basis and it’s still in place. It’s much more effective than the price would lead you to believe. I built a new rig (B550 chipset and a Ryzen 5 3600) and I just used this to save money for other things. If you don’t overclock as a hobby this will do just fine.

Replaced an h80i V2 with this and am very happy. Wish it was dual fan for push pull but it performs really well and quietly on a 65w processor.

Installed on a Ryzen 5 3600 cpu. My temperature was 75c - 80c playing Train Sim World World with stock cooler. The Hyper 212 brought the temp down to 65c max at 4200mhz all core overclock. Installation took an hour having to clean the old thermal paste from the processor. Word of caution don't over tighten any of the screws just tight enough will do. Used Ryzen Master Utility to Overclock.

Just built a new system with the i5-10600k, 16gb 3200mhz ram , but still using the old gforce 1050ti 4gb card. So far temps have not got above 54c. I realize my graphics card is small and a bigger card will get some higher temps but I also know this little cpu cooler is the best bang for your buck. I would recommend anytime.

I am running it on a mildly overclocked 5800X. It keeps temps reasonable. It's decent for what it does. I think it's showing its age on newer cpu's if your running an Intel or amd with any overclock. It would easier to install if it used the oem backplate, and it performed a lot better with a push-pull fan setup.

Got a new pc recently with a bad cpu cooler. Cpu was hitting 100c even with the side panel off. Bought this, put it on and the highest temp I've seen so far in two weeks of regular play is 73c. If you're new to installing cpu coolers (as I was) there are youtube videos about this specific cooler.

Great product, keep my CPU cool and quiet. Only issue is CoolerMaster website, didn't clearly specify if it works with 1700 socket, kind of confusing. So let me clarify here: NO, it doesn't work with 1700 from package. And right now (as I purchased in Dec) the cooler master website doesn't provide the adapter kit. Only way to get it is from MicroCenter store So be careful if you want to use on 1700 socket, you need to prepare for an adapter kit.
