Dropped my cpu temps by an average of 12°C so I'm not complaining at all. The full height of the unit (158mm) just fits in my case another reason I went with this as I knew 140mm wouldn't fit.

It's a great price for a great product, so I use them on both of my machines.

The fan it comes with is OK, but is something to consider upgrading if you're looking to do any overclocking.

This was fory girlfriends pc i was building her and I took it out the box and put it on and it's bigger than the one i have on mine! And its running cooler! Def recommended

It does ok but has trouble cooling my ryzen 3600x has gotten over 90c with amd approved boost clocks. Not sure why, I have tried remounting it several times with little to no difference. Must have got a chip with some issues. Had the nonblack edition on an intel 6600k keeping it under 40c.

Hyper 212 Black Cooler

Replaced stock cooler that came with the R5 5600x (AMD Wraith Spire). CPU reached 91F underload at one point. With Hyper 212 cooler, CPU doesn't go over 80F.

Overall as of now, solid build, great quality by a well know brand. I am safe saying that this is a good choice for other buyers.

Not much better than stock cooler

The issue is, most CPU's in this category come with a stock cooler that will perform about as well as this one will. That said it does look good and the larger fan does cut the noise a bit.

Both with fairly hot running i7s (10700k And an 11700k) but this bad boy was enough to cool them both amazingly well while producing very little noise.
