This is 3 pin RGB so will not work with 4 pin without adapter.

Keep in mind if your MOBO has only 4 pin RGB headers like mine, then this will not light... those fans use 3 pin RGB.

Wow do they look good! Too bad one if the fans started to "wobble" then all began to wobble enough that the blades literally hit the bracket and broke off inside the computer. I am very lucky this did not damaged ny hardware inside the case
