This is my third one after purchasing NEST and I am very happy with it. It was recommend to me after having another NEST product go belly up. Sensi has an app and I love this option. I have three floors and it's PERFECT to adjust temperature from the comfort of my bed.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, I placed the order on July 19, and it took a long time to ship—finally arriving on August 4, 2025. We had it installed the same day, but the very next day my HVAC stopped functioning. It would run for only about two minutes before shutting off. I called an HVAC technician, who charged me $210 but was unable to fix the issue. Around the same time, the thermostat display also stopped working. The next day, we replaced the thermostat, and since then our HVAC has been running perfectly.

The product arrived sooner than BB said it would. Under promise and over deliver. Thermostat arrived undamaged and in secure protective packaging. Very pleased with Best Buy.

However, the thermostat drops the Wi-F signal almost immediately after connecting. It defeats the purpose. I bought it for remote use. My router is literally next to it. The temperature reading wasn't correct either.

Posted .We appreciate your review of our Sensi Lite Smart Thermostat. However, we apologize for any confusion regarding the "C" wire requirement. When installed to heat-only, cool-only, or heat pump system, the Sensi does require a "C" wire in order to maintain Wi-Fi connection. Thank you for your review and have a great day.
