The great thing about the Coravin is you can grab a glass (Coravin uses the phrase "access a glass'), go back weeks, later and it will taste exactly the same. If you are someone who enjoys great wine and just wants a glass now and then or wants to sample different bottles in your collection, the Coravin is a must have, right up their with the cork screw.

You have to buy extra cartridges to continue using. When you open a bottle of wine you have to let the wine breathe.
