With no DVD drive, I decided to order a digital copy even though ratings were horrible from other customers. I didn’t expect any issues because I never had issues with Best Buy products in the past. To my surprise, Best Buy sent me an invalid link to download my purchased digital PSP 2019 Ultimate software. I called Best Buy support and the representative asked me to wait and hope that it will eventually work. I asked the representative to double check which she did but came back without an immediate solution. She directed me to Corel (product owner) and provided an invalid support phone number which was frustrating. However, I did get a hold of Corel through their website and they too did not have an immediate solution. They asked me to wait and their tech support will evaluate my case before sending me a download link. This is frustrating and will be the last time I order digital products from Best Buy. I’ve also checked Best Buy support forum after I’ve already purchased the digital software and noticed that other users were having download issues as well. If I knew other customers were having download issues, I would have suck it up, invest in an external DVD drive and purchase the physical copy.
