I've been looking for a video editing software that offers speed control and very few even mention it's capability. This one has it and it works fairly well. It is an older version, but it was on sale. One thing it doesn't do is burn movies to Bluray, without paying $7.99 extra. Turns out there are dozens of add ons that you can add features and templates, etc. You'll spend more money, if you want more options, but what's here is good for my use.

DO NOT BUY. If I could rate a zero I would. This was a digital download onto a compatible windows system. after I installed the program it immediately started crashing. I never got past the first window before it would close out on its own. I called Best Buy and they would not help, refund, or provide a credit. Extremely disappointing product. Also beware of Best Buy’s policy on not refunding digital downloads. Expect no help whatsoever.

Poor rating for this because I was never able to get it to work. Geek squad remotely accessed my laptop (which I also purchased from Best Buy) and verified the problem. My only complaint is that Best Buy refuses to refund me the $56 for the purchase and Geek Squad refuses to troubleshoot and fix the software unless I pay them $39. So, I purchased the software from Best Buy for $56 and was never able to use it. Now they want to charge me 70% of the purchase price to fix it? Is this their idea of a joke? Go figure.
