    Power supply blew a capacitor 1 year later

    Purchased this on 6/9/2020. This was a good power supply while it lasted, but under normal operating conditions my computer made a loud electrical pop and the system shutdown. Most likely one of the PSU's capacitors blew itself up. Pulled the PSU, checked the mobo connections, decided to test PSU with multimeter and jump wire to discover that the fan would no longer turn on and there was no voltage to any of the powered pins... Considering the price I paid at the time (a little over $100) I would have expected the PSU to last longer.

    Not Reliable

    Was good for 2 and a half weeks until it gave up. It was powering a 5600X and a 3060TI FE which shouldn’t have a problem. No overclocking, I just do the base clock speeds. Booted up one day and it turned on for half a second and then went silent. Mother board I an running is an MSI MPG GAMING EDGE WIFI. I had another power supply on hand and it booted up with no issues, I used it to confirm that the power supply was the problem.

    Dead on Arrival

    I built my brand new pc and was ready to power it on. As soon as I turned it on, the pc would shut off...Went online and looked up what the issue was. Learned about power supplies that are dead on arrival. I did the paper clip test and my fan would spin for a second and then turn off. It was clear the power unit was faulty. Giving it a 1 star due to this issue. The unit seemed very nice and high quality but very annoying that after spending time building my computer, at the last step it did not work.

    Dont build products to break

    I just bought my second one after mine stopped working after 4 years. The geek squad told me they are built to break around 5 years. I hate capitalism.

    Dead at purchase.

    I brought this home and rather than testing it out like an intelligent person. I routed the wires and installed it properly. When I flipped the power switch 1 fan oddly spun for a second then nothing power switch didn't do anything. I troubleshot this thing for an hour before pulling an old PSU out of my closet and figured out the new PSU was garbage. Boxed it up, brought it to the store and exchanged it for the Thermaltake version. The Thermaltake works fine but the last one I had overheated when the fan went out after just 1.5 yrs.

    Bricked my GPU

    Did not work out of the box and bricked my GPU during a GPU shortage. Couldn't figure out the issue until my warranty had passed and my GPU was completely dead so I couldn't test if it was the issue. Just plugged it in to my husband's computer (thinking my issue was a dying GPU and the power supply was actually fine) and we finally figured it out! Beyond angry about it.

    Didn't even last a month started shorting out

    I'm usually a big Corsair fan but this power supply didn't even last me a month and just cost me a lot of problems and heartache when my system broke down. Now it's outside of the return. And I guess I'll have to contact Corsair and go through all the long process of trying to get another one. I definitely wouldn't recommend this power supply I would probably go for The Next Step Up pretty disappointed

    Doesn't work

    bought this product last week, and today I put together a system. The lights flashed for half a second and then went dark. I spent 3 hrs replacing individual parts (CPU, RAM, Processor, Heat sink, ect.) to no avail. finally I put another PSU in it and it fired up fine. This PSU didn't work right out of the box.

    Poor quality control?

    I bought this to pair with my 2070 super and 3700x and while under load it produced a buzzing noise. Initially I thought it was coil whine from my 2070 super, but upon further inspection learned it was in fact coming from the power supply. Ended up returning this as a result.

    Missing pay cable

    This product is shipping from the factory missing the primary psu cable that is required to use this product. Best Buy needs to stop selling this model. Again the only thing wrong is missing cables. Shipping was also slow. Failure to ship the product for two days

    Died while playing CODMW for 30 mins.

    I was playing CODMW (2019), Ground War for at most 30 mins and my computer just shuts off completely. Thankfully I kept my old EVGA 400W PSU, I plugged it in and my computer works. I'm headed back to Best Buy to pick up a Corsair RM750, we'll see how that does.

    Stopped working after less than 2 months

    I normally leave my computer turned on. After needing to perform a rare shutdown, the computer would not power back up although I have confirmed all connections are correct and secure and the light to indicate input power is being received by the power supply is lit.

    Might’ve got a faulty one but not even a month after I got my power supply and put it in my new build, it caught on fire while I was napping and luckily I woke up before to stop it from spreading anywhere.

    On the websites of CORSAIR and BestBuy the spec. says it has 4 Peripheral Connectors, but they were 3. It looks Corsair saved one connector, but didn't update their website or customers and only changed this on the box of the PSU.

    i use different payment because my bank no money then they keep using even i didn't choose.. i was put my wife credit card then when i check my own back they charge to me with overdraft..

    Unfortunately, when I connected everything to my PC it would not generate any power at all. I could have gotten a bad one, but I cannot recommend this product to anyone. It was returned to Best Buy

    Was good for the month I had it. Starting shutting down the computer, tested all components. Put in a known working psu and voila working good for 3 days straight.

    Not even 5 months later it crapped out. My pc wouldn’t start and found that this was the culprit. I’ll stick with EVGA for psu
