Replaced with known good and tested all other components are fine on a new pc build. Currently working through the RMA process. This could be unusual for this model, but not a good start when I have other power supplies that have worked for years with no issues.

This Cosair power supply is a great replacement. It is also more power efficient saving on electricity expense.
