    It is a semi-modular source, despite that it is very convenient to manage the cables, it comes with several extra cables for SATA ports, PCIe etc. the very good construction quality is noticeable.

    Solid PSU for the price, if you could spare a bot extra the cx750e is better for a consumer who knows what they are working with.

    My unit had pretty bad fan bearing whine out of the box. I was able to replace the fan pretty easily, but a less experienced user might find the noise unbearable and end up returning. As for PSU quality and reliability, so far so good. Corsair's CX series is one of the best "budget" PSU lines you can buy, in my opinion.

    I've had CX series PSU's for the majority of PC's in my life and have not once had an issue. No coil whine issues like with the RMe series, quiet, efficient, and does it's job. Can't go wrong with this PSU.

    I've owned several Corsair psus over the years and had no issues. It's good to go overkill with the PSU as it will last longer. So if you only needed a 600watt a 750watt isnt a waste and the cost is not much greater

    At first i was worried about only getting a semi modular but it was literally exactly what i need came with the cpu and gpu power cables and with all the cables i need. But im not sure if fan it supposed to be on the top or bottom.
