Nice Keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Corsair K57 is a decent keyboard with plenty of features. The keys are raised a little higher than I would like, but I eventually got used to them. They don't make a click sound when typing, and I found that they are spaced apart just right as to not double press another key. The included wrist rest is a really nice touch, as it severely saves my hands from cramping up while typing. The K57 can be programed with custom lighting, as well as custom macro keys through the free Corsair software. The lighting really grabs your eyes as it's very clean looking. Unlike many backlit keyboards the keys don't have solid spaces with no light between them, instead there is a solid plate that has LED's shining underneath which gives a much cleaner look. The keyboard also has your basic media controls, like pause, play, skip, volume etc. There is actually 2 ways to connect the keyboard to your computer, you can use the 2.4ghz usb dongle that's included, or you can connect it using the built in bluetooth. Both methods work very good, as I didn't experience any lag at all. Overall, Corsair's K57 is a solid keyboard that offers plenty of customization and feels comfortable to use. The included wrist rest is a great add on, and the custom led lighting is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for a decent gaming keyboard.

Keyboard has that great “clacky” feel
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only thing that dings this is the wireless dongle. The response sucks. Using the included wire, its great. Love it. Just dont buy this if you are looking for a responsive wireless game keyboard. Yes, I did install firmware updates as well.

Nice, but not worth $100
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ended up returning this, as there was a ton of interference with my slipstream mouse. Keyboard isn’t bad, but it is very plastic, and definitely not worth $100. If this was $50 I’d say it would be worth it.

Great keyboard that is satisfying but RGB isn't it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard feels really good while typing, but I'm not sure abuout the value. The RGB lighting is no where as close to brightness as shown in the picture/

||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Maine complaint is that this not compatible with the PS4 which some had claimed was possible. Otherwise nice looking keyboard.

Posted .Hello,
I'm afraid that wouldn't be a valid complaint as there's no compatibility with PS4 advertised, unfortunately. We do not claim it is possible and you should reach out to those that said otherwise. This Keyboard Does it All!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very impressed with the Corsair K57 RGB wireless gaming keyboard. It has a full suite of features, and manages to hit a VERY reasonable price point. When I got started with the Corsair K57 I wasn't sure what to expect. I've never used a dedicated gaming keyboard before. Mechanical keyboards have never really appealed to me, but the K57 still offers the plethora of other features that pc gamers want. The Corsair iCue program offers an easy to use solution to control RGB illumination for each key as well as setting your macro keys, and more. I have been using it wireless as I like the convenience, but the K57 offers multiple options for connectivity including their Slipstream wireless technology, bluetooth, or wired via USB. The keyboard is comfortable, and well made. The key travel is perfect for me although I know many gamers prefer a more mechanical feel. Size is good. I love have a dedicated 10 key pad. It also features media controls! Overall I think the Corsair K57 RGB wireless gaming keyboard punches WAY above it's price point. There is so much here to like. I fully recommend it, and look forward to using it for a long time.

Not bad for rubber domes
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a keyboard using the typical rubber domes I found this a great keyboard for my use case. I have a HTPC hooked up to my TV for streaming and light gaming, and I needed a keyboard that I could use to control the PC from the comfort of my chair. This keyboard fit the bill. The bluetooth connection worked well and I was able to have a keyboard that I can use on this PC to adjust/control etc. The addition of macro keys to program actions is also handy since I have made a few macro's for setups/changes I make depending on what I am using it for. That was a nice touch for a wireless keyboard. I could definitely see if you are looking for something wireless to game with this would work for you. I did test it with a few older games I keep on that PC for couch co-op and the keyboard worked fine for those games. If you need a wireless keyboard this is a good one, I wish it had mechanical cherry switches since that is what I use on my main rigs, but that is me. I found this keyboard to work well, I didn't play with the RGB, beyond using white glow during the night to see the keys, otherwise I left it off since it can get distracting.

Great Keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great old school gaming keyboard. Everything works as it should as I had other brands recently that did not work properly in terms of software. Programming the G keys were easy. Two features that absolutely sold me on this product. #1 the arm rest. Yep I said arm rest. This keyboard actually includes one that you can add on or take off. Not many keyboards come with this now a days. #2 connectivity. You have all the options with this keyboard. Literally. It comes with your standard USB cable (which you can remove). It comes with the little USB fob with a place to store it or if you are like me and now use Bluetooth for all devices it has that as well.. you cant go wrong with this keyboard and even if you don't game.. this is worth it because of all the options.

Decent Entry Level Gaming Keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Corsair K57 RGB Wireless keyboard is what it seems, a full sized, gaming oriented keyboard (RGB lighting) that is wireless. It looks like a mechanical keyboard, but lets get that out of the way now - it is not. Just a regular membrane keyboard. The layout is standard with programmable keys vertically spanning the left side. It has USB to charge - and when plugged in can be used as a regular keyboard. Otherwise, your wireless options are bluetooth or Corsair's sub 1ms slipstream wireless (which requires its own USB dongle). Honestly, the slipstream wireless is about the only standout feature of this keyboard other than its premium looks. When first plugged in, you get what seems to be industry standard gradient color lighting across the keyboard. If you want to set a single color or turn that off, you can do so from the keyboard using the combination of FN and the numbered function keys (F1, F2, etc). You can also customize presets to run off those keys and override the defaults. Further customization requires using the Corsair app, though I found it sometimes seemed to interfere with the behavior of the FN + macros. While you do get a decent set of lighting visualizations, it is missing some cool features like the ability to provide a color outline to a set of keys (W A S D). This is really nifty for focusing on just the specific keys and hotkeys in a given game. They keyboard itself worked well. While mechanical keyboards certainly at the top of the food chain in terms of gaming, membrane keyboards can perform well also. However, there was something a little different about this keyboard. It was not mechanical for sure but the key travel wasn't as smooth as a mechanical. It was a little stiffer, as if to mimic the force profile for a mechanical keyboard. Surprisingly, this worked well in most cases. As my normal day to day keyboard has been mechanical for the past 4 months, switching to this did not actually feel like a major change. Certainly a sound difference, but from typing in word documents and exercising it in a couple games, I felt it was just as accurate. However, there were some quick keystrokes, particularly while gaming (I had no issues at all typing) that I just could not consistently execute on the keyboard. I mainly exercised the keyboard, first over bluetooth, then over its wireless connection. Bluetooth worked well, paired quickly and had no issues. I really prefer it, even when a potentially faster option is present because it makes the device highly portable. Battery life is not as long as I'd like, given the size of the keyboard and the corresponding size of the battery, you'd think it could squeeze more than 35 hours. The low latency wireless connection also worked well but honestly, I did not really notice a difference in gaming. It doesn't change anything about my ability to hit keys - its' more about how fast the connection is between the keyboard and PC. I feel if that's really an issue - just used a wired mechanical keyboard. You get a high speed connection and key switches that can be tuned for speed. In summary, this is a decent entry level gaming keyboard. It hits all the basics and that's really about it. For those for whom a low latency connection matters, but must still be wireless, this may be a compelling option. For me, this was not it.

Versatile
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using this keyboard every day for a few weeks now and am thoroughly impressed with the versatility and battery life it offers. You can connect with Bluetooth, usb wireless, or corded (Micro usb). The first thing I did was install Corsair’s iCue software to update the firmware. I tinkered around with the RGB settings a bit (a fun feature if that’s your thing). The keyboard is spacious though the center keys (u, n, y, t) seem to get stuck/missed more often than I’d like. It’s also taking me a bit to adjust to the macro keys to the right of the ctrl key. This is a solid purchase at this price point and works just as well for productivity as it does for gaming. I’ll update my review when I’ve put it through its paces a bit more.

Good keyboard, but misleading product info
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is advertised as having wireless RGB lighting, but the truth is that the lights will only work when it is plugged in. If you're looking for a wireless RGB keyboard, look elsewhere. Would be nice if Corsair made this known.
