Like how it was packaged, very secure. Liked how comfortable the ear pads are, you could wear for long hours. Love that you can use the usb or connect bluetooth. Also love the fact of the flip up mute option.

Build Quality - I don't have a big head - hat size 59 USA size 7 3/8- but just now 6 month in, the head band has cracked on both the short sides and about 30% across the width. Another MM or two in thickness would cost little but increase the strength. Treat with kid gloves.

as of the time of me posting this review it has been 8 days since i have bought this headset in store and it already needs to be replaced. The right ear cup support bracket has broke in half and is being held on by 1 of the 2 arms at the point where it meets the head band of the headset. I recommend going for the Void series headset from Corsair if you're dead set on using this brand as this was meant to replace the one i had brake on me after 5 to 6 years of use and no issues coming from my Void Pro wireless. Do yourself a favor and either spend a bit more on the HS80, Void series, or a different brand

The HS55 Wireless is a solid headset with great sound quality and a lightweight, comfortable design for long gaming sessions. The wireless connection is reliable with low latency, and the battery life easily lasts through multiple days of use. The mic is clear for voice chat, though it could use a bit more noise cancellation. Overall, an excellent value for the price.

Got these to replace a wired headset. They sound amazing, are very easy to use, and comfortable. Battery life lasts a while. I can walk around my house and they stay connected to my computer. However, they started falling apart not even a year after I bought them (padding dislodging, plastic snapping) A bit too expensive to be doing that, cheaper ones have lasted me far longer. It didn't affect their actual function but they are no longer wearable.

Comfortable, easy to use software, fast charging, and good sound quality with decent bass. However, the battery doesn’t last as long as other headphones; it will need to be charged after every gaming sesh.

I did not expect the sound quality to be amazing with these headphones for the price but truly the sound quality is amazing. They cut to your ears very firm they don't get overheated in the microphone seems to be very responsive and clear I highly recommend these for the price.

So far so good I purchased these as an upgrade from my turtle beach stealth 600s. They have better sound quality and are equally as comfortable my only concern is the mic seems a bit too flimsy but over all they seem to be better

Great sound quality. Not very comfortable and the mic monitoring feature is terrible. Mic monitoring feature is where it puts your voice through the headset, that way you can hear yourself speak. It does not work well. I turned mine all the way up and still can't hear myself. Comfort, the pads are stiff and the headset squeezes pretty hard, especially if you wear glasses. Sound Quality if fantastic. I really hope they take the comfort and mic monitoring in consideration for the next one because I have not had a better sounding headset. I got mine on sale. My review is based on the sale price. I would not pay full price for this product but I would buy it again at the sale price. I don't remember what I paid but it was significantly less than the original price.

The headband fit is really good, you don't get fatigued from wearing the cups over a few hours. The only fault I'd say is the sound quality is all in the bass, but for gaming that's more or less all you need.

I can wear these headphones all day. Their comfy and provide deep audio quality that help me hear my opponents in a 3D environment. Not to mention I don’t have to deal with cables. Highly recommend!

I lightly game but these have worked out well. I struggle with headsets because they often cause me migraines from putting pressure on the corners of my jaws. These rarely do so and the sound is very clear. It doesn’t have total 360 noise cancelling but from the sides it is excellent. Just don’t have a loud air unit right behind you. Super comfy, very user friendly.

Overall, if you’re after a unique blend of wireless freedom, feather-light comfort, and cross-platform compatibility without dropping $150+, the HS55 Wireless Carbon is a hidden gem. It’s the headset that lets you forget it’s there – until you nail that clutch play. Highly recommended for casual to mid-tier gamers who value practicality over flash. 8.5/10 – a budget wireless champ that punches above its weight.
