Microphone is too quiet and often doesn't work

I tried multiple methods to fix the issue but upon further review discovered this was a common problem. Additionally the headset was on the snug side compared to most others I have used. Due to these issues I returned the headset and will be trying something else. On the positive side it did have great sound quality from the headphones and had a solid build construction.

If you have a separate mic than it's pretty solid but yeah don't buy this if you wanna use it for a primary communication device.

AS my business constantly requires ZOOM meetings I was unable to fully function in meetings as I sounded "under Water". These are for gaming but have been a perfect solution to my business.
