If it weren't for the technology shortage, I would have returned this headset. Your average headset of this style is around 50 bucks, and the quality RANGES. This was the only one available at the time that claimed it had a USB input. This is a lie. The cord uses your typical audio jack, which can then be put into a USB ADAPTER that comes with the headset. Why is that distinction a problem? Well, because if you use the microphone, then there is going to be delay and quality issues when using an adapter. Oh and the mic is bad. It's just bad. It's super short and stubby which is already awful, but the actual audio quality you get out of it is like talking through a door. I've even tried adding a pop filter onto it to help clean it up, but that doesn't help. The noise quality is fine, but it's what you'd get from literally ANY headset of this style on the market. The cord is INSANELY short, especially for something that markets itself as a "gaming" headset. If this headset is so terrible, why am I giving it 2 stars instead of 1 star? Well, the mute button for the mic (should you be forced to use it) and the volume dial for the headset are actually located on the left ear-phone. Which makes it really easy to control your audio experience without fumbling around on your computer, having to take the headphone off, or grabbing at the wire for some kind of dongle. Which is cool! But for FIFTY DOLLARS? I don't think so. I've had $20 and even $12 headsets that were better than this thing. If this is your ONLY option, it will do what it needs to do. But if you have other options? Please skip on this thing.

Great sound quality, not fully noise canceling but it gets the job done. It does disconnnect from the computer randomly

Nice price. I don't care for ear buds so it's a nice alternative. It's a little heavy but doable. Mic works nicely. I use it for recording lessons for school. No complaints.

good looking food price average quality. only for games specially shooting games headphones , i dont recomend these ones for music at all

This is probably one of the best headphones for gaming and stuff. Microphone quality is great, sound quality is amazing. My only concern is that when the surround sound adapter is plugged in it makes the Microphone sound a bit soft but that’s all.

I needed a sound reducing headset that plugs into a computer (which did not have bluetooth) and these are perfect I have a drumming class next to my office and they make a lot of noise! They cut out the noise so well as my learners couldn't here

These headphones are pretty good, but I disliked that fact that I had to install software for them to work properly.

Works right out of the box. I like the onboard volume wheel and mute button. New to the detachable mic though, I guess that’s cool

Doesn't block out background noise as advertised but the audio quality is sufficient.

Good starter headset but the build quality is lacking. I another good option would be the the hs60 instead of this.

Very good headset if you don't mind the cord. Used for several hours of pc gaming and haven't had any issues yet, Not the most fancy headset out there but for the price it gets the job done on a budget.

Great sound quality and physical quality but the microphone sucks for the price

Fairly good for the money, but lots of little break downs over short time. Buy the warranty.

There is slight background noise in the headset and the microphone only recognizes the sound if spoken really loudly.

Great product but I am returning them because we are looking for a wireless headset. Would have kept them but it wasn’t what we were looking for. I wish I had read the box closer.

Works fine, the mic has issues sometimes but it requires an adjustment. Was hard to set up to my PC to get working.

these head phones are worth the money they reduce your ear stress by not being in contact with your ear.

Great for Xbox PC and playstation chat and gaming however it is wiredandhasan usb adapter for average players

Good sound and easy to use. However the two I bought both bad problems within a few months. One has no sound on one side, the other headset now has random static. This is our third time buying a Corsair product and will be going to the store today to buy another brand.
