Volume for the mic is too low. Sometimes the mic goes potato. The quality is good. The hearing is good too.

The functionality of the headphones are okay, I didn’t realize that they are auxiliary powered and not USB operated out of the box. A bit of a take back for me, and friends can barely hear me speak on Discord with the mic.

Lots of static with Xbox or phone use. Microphone doesn't work half the time and the volume has to be on max to hear at a normal level. Wanted to give a smaller company a try. My bad. Don't recommend for any use except as a target on a gun range.

The closed store is a serious problem. My purchase would have been different if I could have reviewed the choice in the store.

Was needing headphones with a splitter for pc and I got that with them I was hoping the headphones would work good but only the left ear works so I use the splitter with my astros from my Xbox 1

I only had these headphones for a few months and they are already in poor condition and are just unpleasant to use. First of all, when I first got the headphones for my pc so I dint have to use earbuds, the microphone didn't even work until the next day and I still don't know what I did to make it work. Second of all, recently the audio just stopped working normally all of a sudden and just one speaker just stopped working every now and then, so it was extremely distracting while I was using them while working on projects. The next few issues I had were more my fault then the headphones but are still issues none the less. After I got really frustrated trying to make the headphones work and ended up messing up the cushioning on the earmuffs and it is near impossible to fix it since the material used in them aren't very flexible at all unlike other headphones that are much easier to fix when broken. I also broke the left earphone but that is mostly my problem since I was the one who threw them. Then again, I did not expect it to break so badly after one single throw at the ground so, its also a bit too fragile. It did have great sound quality however before it was broken. I did also enjoy the more simplistic design and how the microphone was more or less optional. The microphone was a bit low quality and picked up just about any sound from the headphones resulting in an echo when talking to my friends but was still usable. Overall, the headphones are very good for anyone looking for a high quality listening experience but you shouldn't don't expect them to last that long.
